Recurring Pest-Free Living Services
Each subsequent service reinforces that strong barrier our Pest Expert established at your 30-Day Follow Up. Our emphasis at these services is on the exterior of your structure(s) to continue that barrier, so they do not enter your home. Of course, you're backed by our Magna Guarantee©, so if somehow a pest makes it through our tough barrier, call or text us, and we promise to be out within 48 hours for a Touch-Up Service.

Our regular service includes complimentary exterior dewebbing and wasp nest removal, along with a full exterior perimeter spray that covers up to 3 feet up and 6 feet out from the exterior foundation. Upon request, we can also provide an interior perimeter spray to ensure complete coverage inside your home. To ensure a comprehensive barrier against pests, we granulate a barrier 10 to 15 feet in width starting just beyond the 6-foot spray area. This creates an extra layer of protection against pests and helps prevent their entry into your home.

Rodent Protection
Includes two managed rodent Bait Stations around the exterior of your home. If you need or desire more, we're happy to add additional stations for just $25 per station. We'll also place glue boards around the interior entrances to the garage to help prevent rodents from entering your home.
For interior rodent activity, we'll use snap traps and glue boards as necessary. Additionally, if we identify any small entry points during our inspection, our technician can fill them with copper mesh as a temporary solution to prevent rodents from gaining entry.

Our goal is to make your outdoor spaces more comfortable and enjoyable by eliminating the annoyance of pesky mosquitoes.
Our Mosquito Protection Program is a monthly exterior service designed to help reduce the mosquito population on your property. We achieve this by removing standing water where possible, treating areas with a larvicide where standing water cannot be removed, and using a fogger to treat foliage and other areas where mosquitoes may be hiding on your property.

Flea + Tick Protection
Our Flea & Tick Protection program is designed to provide you with effective and comprehensive protection against fleas and ticks in your yard. This is an exterior service that includes a full yard granulation, as well as a full yard broadcast spray treatment.
